With over 20 years of expertise in multiple evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and resilience therapy, I have assisted individuals, couples and families in building a strong sense of self, family, spirituality and community by exploring and developing their individual needs. My experience along with my passion for assisting individuals and family's recovery ranges from adolescent to aging retired adults, as well as providing services to specialized populations which include First Responders, Military, and Veterans. I provide therapeutic services to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, divorce, domestic violence, trauma, adjustment to major life events, loss, grief, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship issues. As a partner in an individual's recovery and mental health journey, I embody the fusion of experience, expertise, and empathy, providing a beacon of support to individuals, couples, and families seeking to overcome challenges and embrace positive change.
